CoVoice
Work type: Implemented Lifecycle: Ideation / Growth Card copy: Hands-on technical leadership inside an early-stage AI sales product.
CoVoice was an early-stage sales technology product being developed while the team was still making product, architecture and delivery decisions.
Our work was inside an existing product and engineering environment rather than a clean new repository. The engagement covered hands-on engineering, technical direction, integrations and coordination around an evolving roadmap.
The product had several areas that needed stronger engineering structure, including third-party integrations, onboarding, reporting, data handling, mobile behavior and application performance. Part of the work was helping turn broad feature requests into technical work that could be implemented and reviewed.
Working inside a changing product also exposed the cost of unclear ownership and weak handoff between contributors. That experience influenced the delivery process Pilot Spring uses now: bounded scope, written acceptance criteria, documented architecture and clear ownership of what gets shipped.
For the public case study, only show implementation details, screenshots or architecture that we have permission to publish.
